Terms of Service

I hereby give my consent to the application development team of Bloodbuddie, which operates under the Alumni Association of Chulalongkorn University under the Royal Patronage, including its personnel and any persons involved in the processing of personal data under its instructions or on its behalf (collectively referred to as the "Developer"), to collect, use, and disclose my personal data under the following conditions:

1. The Developer shall collect my personal data for the purposes of user registration and identity verification for using the Bloodbuddie application; for communication, provision of information, news, services, activities, and application features; for analysis, evaluation, and improvement of the system and service quality; as well as for educational, research, and compliance purposes in accordance with applicable laws.

2. The personal data to be collected by the Developer shall include my full name, telephone number, address, email address, and username. The Developer shall implement appropriate security measures to protect personal data in accordance with the standards prescribed by law.

3. The Developer shall retain my personal data for as long as I remain a user of the application and for a period not exceeding six (6) months after I terminate the use of the service, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.

4. The Developer shall not disclose my personal data to any third party, except where necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes stated above. Such disclosure may be made to internal departments of the Association, academic cooperation partners, or information technology service providers, to the extent necessary, and subject to appropriate personal data protection agreements as required by law, or where disclosure is required by law, a court order, or a lawful request from a government authority.

5. The Developer has no policy to send or transfer my personal data to foreign countries.

6. I have the right to withdraw my consent for the collection, use, or disclosure of my personal data at any time by contacting the Developer through the designated communication channels. Such withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of any processing of personal data carried out prior to the withdrawal.

7. I hereby confirm that I have read and fully understood the details of this consent form and agree to allow the Developer to process my personal data in accordance with the terms stated above.
